I am the owner and broker in charge of Timothy Cline Realty. I started Timothy Cline in 2004, but I have been in the Real Estate industry for over 34 years. I have developed over 20,000 lots in 15 states and 3 different countries. I was named Professional Builder of the Year in 1991 by the Giant 400. I have been working with my husband Tim in Real Estate for years assisting new clients with finding their dream home. GEORGE LAHEY
I obtained my Real Estate license over four years ago after a previous career as an accountant with a large publishing company. I am primarily involved with the administration of our real estate contracts which involves coordination with the buyers, sellers, lenders, home inspectors and closing attorneys. Once a property is through the closing process I work directly with our clients and also coordinate the maintenance and repairs of our rental properties.

MARY LOLI
I was born and raised in Peru and have been a resident of Charlotte, NC for over 10 years. I am fluent in Spanish/ English. I bring with me an extensive background in customer service, international inside sales and many years of experience in the mortgage industry. My background brings a wealth of experience to Timothy Cline Realty in that area. I go over their credit reports with our clients so they know exactly where they stand. In some cases there are some surprises that show up on their credit reports that will need to be addressed. I can assist you in that area. A pleased customer is what's most important to me. My goal is to make the whole process as simple and worry free as possible. I am committed to providing each customer with the highest level of service, integrity and professionalism.
