It behooves you to do business with prudent, experienced and dedicated Realtors. I started practicing real estate in the Charlotte NC area in July, 1976. I helped companies survive the high interest years and produced outstanding results in the boom years. After all this time, I have come to one major conclusion which is: There is no one Realtor, including myself, that is experienced in all facets of real estate and there is no one Realtor that is equally capable in all areas of Charlotte. Please realize that the Charlotte NC Real Estate Market includes thirteen (13) different counties as well as two different States. There are over 100 incorporated cities and towns located in the Charlotte SMSA. That is why we have divided Charlotte into 32 area neighborhoods. When I refer you to one of my “hand-picked” Realtors, you can be certain you are in good hands. If for any reason, and I mean any reason whatsoever, you need assistance; you can always call me direct, and I will resolve the issue regardless of the cause. It is also the reason why I have “hand picked” Realtors to be available to meet your needs. Each one is a “specialist” either in the specific geographic area and/or is a “specialist” in a real estate category. Not all agents are equally good at listing properties as they are at buying properties. Not all agents understand the peculiar real estate issues in a certain neighborhood. Please note that my hand picked agents are affiliated with different real estate agencies. I believe that great service and competent guidance comes from the agent and not from the agency. I want you to have the best agent in Charlotte for your specific situation. In some areas home values may be rising or falling predictably while in other areas extraordinary factors may be present. All of these issues become blurred when you rely on one agent or even one agency for assistance.
